Most sensible people know these are hyped up claims but many fall for the false promises and purchase every new wonder product that hits the market. The trick to not getting taken in by the marketing hype is to become an educated consumer.

The first part of this process involves a healthy dose of reality. Some things are just not possible regardless of what workout or supplement you are using. The following facts about weight loss will bring you back down to Earth.
